1、歐盟理事會（Council of the EU）於2021年10月5日發布新一期的稅務不合作名單（list of non-cooperative jurisdictions）將安圭拉（Anguilla）、塞席爾（Seychelles）移到白名單內；看來塞席爾要求會計記錄保存於當地的政策奏效。

2、迄今，仍有9個國家／地區在稅務不合作清單中。其中包括：American Samoa（美屬薩摩亞）、 Fiji（斐濟）、 Guam（關島）、Palau（帛琉）、 Panama（巴拿馬）、Samoa（薩摩亞）、Trinidad and Tobago（千里達）、US Virgin Islands and Vanuatu（美屬維京群島）and Vanuatu（萬那杜）。

3、Costa Rica, Hong Kong, Malaysia, North Macedonia, Qatar and Uruguay have also been added to this document, while Australia, Eswatini and Maldives have implemented all the necessary tax reforms and have therefore been removed from it. 香港納入觀察名單內。
